I think it is okay to go a little over the top for your wedding day. But I would keep any possible hair flowers on the smaller side. Unless you wear the veil for the ceremony and wear the flowers for the reception – keeping th necklace on the whole time.

I think the necklace and the veil are definitely complimentary! You can tell just by looking at the lines of both and the way they fall. And way to bring in your own style 🙂 . Are you planning on keeping your veil in for the reception? Or just flowers? If the veil is staying in, to not go overboard something understated like freesia might be a good idea, but if you want to put in a big flower later on a gardenia is a nice choice.

I’m not loving that necklace…especially not with the veil. I like the slower idea. Do you really need a necklace? Pic of the dress would help.

I wish you could load the dress picture, I think that would really help

Ya, I’m not loving necklace especially with the veil either… I think the beading on the veil really clashes with the casualness of the necklace. if it’s a statement necklace you want I’d go with something more along the lines of this:

I don’t think the veil and necklace go together. The veil says “fancy” while the necklace says “boho”

I just went to the website to see your dress. It’s beautiful! I also like your veil.

I will be honest — I am not a fan of the necklace as an accessory to bring together your bridal look. I undestand that the necklace is your “style” and that you love it, but it just doesn’t work with your dress and veil.

Would it be an entirely  crazy idea for me to suggest that you consider turning it into an ankle bracelet for your beach wedding? That way, you could wear it and have it in a few of your pics, but it won’t compete with your other elements around your face and neck.

ETA:  Here is the link to your dress:
