(Closed) Can’t decide if my STD’s should have “and guest” on the envelopes???

I actually asked this awhile ago, and the general consensus was not to put it on there.   I think since the STD are not as formal, there’s not as much of a reason to have it on there. 

I think it’s also worth considering how many “guests” there are.  Though we have quite a few people who we’re going to invite actual named guests for, there are 2 who don’t know anyone who get the generic “guest.”  And we’re just going to save that for the formal invites. ๐Ÿ™‚

Technically, you never write “and Guest” on anything, unless their guest’s name is Guest.

We specifically asked people if they had a significant other whom they’d like to bring with them, and how to spell their name ๐Ÿ™‚

@sagbride: But yeah, I agree. Don’t put “and Guest” on the Save-The-Date Cards or the invitations. Find out the person’s actual name, and put it on there.
