I am having a hard time deciding what wedding band I want with my engagement ring. My band is very thin and I cannot decide if a single thick wedding band would be best or two thin wedding bands on either side to give balance would be good. The pictures show my ering with 2 thin bands the same thickness as my ering as well as my ering with a thicker band.. Sometimes I think the band is too thick, other times it looks good.
Yesterday I tried on a 2.5mm diamond eternity band that is a bit bigger than my e-ring band at another store and it looked pretty good flanking both sides of my e-ring. This is a hard decision. I forgot to take a photo of this one.
How did you decide? What does yours look like?

I prefer the thinner bands that match your engagement ring. But that’s just me.
Good luck deciding!!

I like the thinner bands with your E ring. Can you get them all and switch off?

Well I think the bigger single band is a bit too big and too tall for my engagement ring but I wasn’t sure if I should go with something similar with a lower setting. I like the idea of the two thin bands but something seems a little bit off to me. If the bands are a little thicker than ering band, what do you think?
Maybe I am overthinking it… I just want to find the perfect wedding band(s). I will from time to time wear my wedding ring only when circumstances call for it so I was thinking if the bands are thin to stack them together.

You need a wedding ring that is a tiny bit broader than your e-ring so that is has some ‘presence’. The two don’t have to match.

ALSWM: I don’t think the two bands look good with your e-ring. Go with one.

I really like the look of the two bands, they go so well with your ering.

Ooooo, I *love* the two wedding bands with your e-ring! I think it looks so elegant. I would do that. And just think about how versitle it is: you can wear just one band, one band on each side of your e-ring, or wear the two bands then your e-ring on top for a thicker w-band look. I sometimes really wish I bought two thin, diamond wedding bands. The “sandwiching” look is one of my favorites, though.

I like the thinner bands better. Here is a pic of mine:
