@mousiegirl:  You can try Etsy – there are a lot of options there. The other idea, if you have your heart set on something, is to go to a reputable jeweler and have them custom make it. A lot of times it can be less expensive, since you are not paying for a “name brand.”

@mousiegirl:  I think that would depend on the seller. Some might be able to take the measurements from your cert. and make the setting to fit, and you can get it mounted locally. I’m not sure I’d be ok with sending my diamond out to some stranger, if that’s how you’re feeing.

Do your research on local places and find one with solid examples of custom work they’ve done.

And hey, congrats 🙂

I found a couple options.

The first is this ring. It does not have a rose gold option on the site. But the site does say the do custom so it may be worth checking out.

the second and more appealing option is this site. They do custom braided bands in the metal of your choosing. It looks like they would fit within your price range and you could have a one of a kind handcrafted work of art.

Here’s a photo of a 3mm band in rose gold from the handwoven site. I’m sure it would be easy for them to make this for you as a setting with a low profile and the price is great.
