Such a cute dress!! I hope someone knows. I would check Etsy too! I'm having my bridesmaids dresses custom made b/c I couldn't find what I wanted. I 'm sure you could find a dress maker and have that made from a picture.

Oh I love this dress so much! I just bought it at overstock.com (FREE SHIPPING TODAY ON ANY ORDER!!!!!!!!!) to wear to our rehearsal dinner. :-)
Check out some Carol Hannah's stuff, chick from Project Runway. They look very similar and she can do it in any color really. Here are some that I love. I think you will really like the 1st one. Hope this helps. Let us know what you pick.

i would definitely recommend carol hannah as a bridal designer - the fourth link miss.skinner posted - for the spring street dress - is actually my dress :) carol hannah has been super sweet and professional, and i fully trust her construction and tailoring skills!

It is not the exact same but very similar and it comes in white. I actually almost bought that one for my welcoming dinner dress. The price at the shop was 125 but i am sure if you browse the net you can find it cheaper.
