How about silver tablecloths, red flowers, white candles, and red napkins?

White table linen, gray napkins, white candles in clear holders, black or charcoal vases with red flowers. Caterer’s china is almost always white, and silverware is standard. Clear glassware is also standard.

A grey runner would be optional.

Well, if you have a choice, I think white china with a silver band would be beautiful.  I would have clear glassware and stemware, and stainless steel flatware.

FutureMrsHouy:  Ooh! I really like that second photo you posted.

If the OP does something like that, I would suggest silver napkins that match the tablecloths (instead of the red that I originally suggested), because the flowers would bring enough red to the table.

I know that my colors are different then yours, but I had grey and white on my tables. Just imagine red in the flowers instead of what I had. I had grey table cloths with ivory lace overlays and grey napkins. Also this was a picture taken before all my flowers and picture frames were put on the tables. But you get the idea.
