No more cardio but DO continue (or start) weight training.  And eat cheese and carbs.  Repeat.

Although I am a little concerned for your health…you shouldn’t be losing weight unless something has drastically changed – diet, stress, health…

I would see a doctor because it’s not normal to lose 16 pounds out of the blue without trying.

Is it typical for you to lose weight when you are stressed? If not, maybe go see your doc just to be sure nothing is going on. 

Otherwise, something you could try is tracking your calories–you might be surprised, it’s possible that even with the junk food you’re not taking in enough calories to maintain or gain extra weight.

Haha wow a problem most women would like to have….any other symptoms going on? That kind of weight loss is definitely not normal and there is likely some kind of cause–not trying to scare you it could be very benign but I think you should get to a doctor ASAP just to be sure.

Yes, please go to the doctor! Unexplained weight loss is a symptom of many illnesses.

Sounds like stress and nerves from the wedding coming up.  Stop working out as hard as you are.  I wouldn’t say quit it entirely because it’s probably helping you cope with the stress.  So, if you’re running, walk instead.  Also, don’t rely on just junk food.  It might be loaded in calories, but you can get tons of calories from healthy food, too.  My ex was working on bulking up and he would drink calorie shakes (along with protein shakes, eating healthy, and weight training).  Maybe you can get yourself a few calorie shakes??
