Yeah there was a post about this earlier... I'm just thankful I never liked cantaloupe anyway so I dont miss eating now. But yeah it is scary these days, if something like fruit can become contaminated... you never know whats next
I think I heard this morning that 13 people have died due to eating the contaminated cantaloupe :/
My 4 month old isn't really on solids but I let her lick fruit, or get some juice from my fingers after i eat it. So this weekend someone had noticed me doing that and tried to let her lick a piece of cantalope. I had to jump in with a nooooooooooooooooooo.

Just wanted to let all of the pregnant ladies on here know (if you haven't already heard) that there's a major listeria outbreak related to cantaloupe. So stay away from those melons!

I know the doctors tell us to stay away from lunch meats, soft cheese, etc. to avoid listeria. Given the current outbreak, what are they going to tell us next? Don't eat fruit? Ugh.
