They’re beautiful! I hope they’re comfortable. One thing to keep in mind — if they arrive, and you love them, but they’re too tight, and you can’t order your size through Macys.com, start calling stores to see if they have them in your size, and you can purchase them over the phone. Also, sometimes if you wait a day or two, the size that you need may become availalbe through the website.

@bella731:  Thanks for the tip you just gave me! I did not even notice that there was a find in store option on the website. I live in an area with only one Macy’s, and it doesn’t carry very much in the way of higher-end clothing in my size.  Just last week, when the website was sold out of my size in a dress I wanted, I just called a store from the city where I grew up, and they had what I was seeking and shipped it to me, lol!

Keep us posted about your shoes! 🙂

I LOVE Caparros.  I have 2 pairs in different colors (black and platinum).  They are super comfortable.  Unfortunately, they don’t seem to be selling a lot of wide widths anymore 🙁

They’re lovely! My wedding shoes were also Caparros, but they were flats. I can tell you that they’re a great quality shoe brand, though. The satin on mine looks like you’d want a special-occasion shoe to look — luminous but not cheap-shiny. They were a bit stiff, and so I definitely spent time loosening them up by walking around the house before the day. But I have no regrets about this brand and would definitely buy from them again.

So sorry to hear that. 🙁  However, I know there is something out there for you!

I really like the selection that Paradox London offers. Have you looked at any of thoses? I purchase two pairs of their bridal shoes, one was Benjamin Adams, the other was by Pink. I preferred and wore the Benjamin Adams shoes.  My reception shoes were from Grazia, and I loved those very much, too.

I had strappy gold Caparros (Zarielle) for my reception dress and while pretty, they did not have much cushion in the sole. I wore them for 15 mins during alteratins and my feet already started hurting 🙁 My mom’s shoes were Nina’s Fonda and she found them very comfortable. In the dark silver, they looked much more expensive than they were. She wore them all night and she usually never wears heels, esp with a 3.5 heel!
