I need help with invitations! Well two things… We plan on using the signature card pocket (5×7 when folded) Invitation on one side then the Directions, Reception, RSVP, and Other Information inserts (total of 4). We are having our ceremony and reception at separate locations. I’m not sure what is LESS confusing. Making the “Directions” insert have the information of the ceremony on one side and the reception on the other (with the address and a little map of each).
OR….should the “Reception” insert have nothing but the reception information on it(Start time, address and small map/ written directions from ceremony location) and then for the “Direction” insert have the directions to JUST the ceremony, and at the bottom say something like (see insert marked “Reception” for directions and times for the reception) ??? Does that make sense? HELP
AOLS…..Or ceremony is going to be at an outdoor museum, the guest will have to walk in grass and through small stones to get to the location. I want to let them know about that somewhere on the invitation (some guests are old and don’t use the internet) so I was thinking of maybe putting it on the “Other Information” insert, not just on the website. BUT how would you phrase it?
Not really sure what to put on the “Other Information” besides wedding website.

being the guest have to walkfrom their cars to the ceremony spot, its about a 2min walk (not a streight line ) maybe i should have a “walking map” like this person did…we can have inserst for “Ceremony” “Reception” “RSVP and “wedding Website” ideas? does that idea sound better?
