yeah, it seems like you can mostly find the invitation kits.

if those don’t work out, you can always get a rubber stamp and ink them up. I know that is a lot of work, but it might be the look that you want.

There is lots of damask paper online (not cardstock) that can be used for program covers. Some even has the pattern on both sides. Would that work for you?

I bought some at Michaels not too long ago. It was black and white damask scrapbook paper, 12 by 12 sold in individual sheets. I find some of the Michaels carry more variety, so try another location if you haven’t found it at your local Michaels.
