This was our timeline for the evening:

1700 – Receiving line & cocktails

1800 – seating for reception

1815 – dinner

1930 – shoe game

1950 – speeches and slideshow

2020 – bride changes from traditional dress back into wedding gown, photobooth setup

2050 – cake cutting

2100 – bouquet and garter toss

2115 – first dance

2200 – late lunch and cake served

0100 – vacate the club premises

this is our tentative timeline:

10am-1pm: Bridal hair and makeup

12:30pm: Bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages delivered to


1pm- 3:30pm: Photography

4:05pm-4:35pm: Ceremony

4:35pm-4:50pm: Family Photos

4:45pm-6pm: Cocktail hour

5:15pm: Bride and groom and Maid/Matron of Honor and Bridesmaid or Best Man entrance


6pm: Guests seated for dinner

As soon as everyone seated: Father of the Bride toast

As soon as main course is served: Best Man and Maid of Honor toasts

7:30pm: First Dance, father daughter dance immediately after,

      then open dancing

9pm: Cake Cutting, dessert served immediately after

10pm: Reception ends

10pm-11pm: Break down and cleanup

Here’s the ceremony/reception TL since they’re both in the same room/venue.

4:00 Guests arrive (hopefully on time!)

4:30 Wedding start

5:00 Wedding end. Cocktail hour/photo session begins

6:00 Come back, introduced, cut cake, have dinner

7:00 First dance, father/daughter, mother/son dances

8:00 Throw away 40 dollars (our toss bouquet is made of dollar bill roses & the garter has a $20 on it for the guys!

9:30 Bridal dance the Fiance and I make grand exit to the wedding night cabin!

10:00 End! (There is an awesome bar downstairs that ppl can go to if they wanna hang out longer)
