(Closed) Caribbean AI resorts with private beach access. Does it exist?

Oh wow. That sounds nice. I thought you meant private beach accessible to only the guests at the resort…not the general public. Sandals has that…

There might be some with direct beach access, but usually beaches are considered public… You could have a private beach if you rented an island! One poster on this board mentioned one in Belize…

Do you mean the resort has its own private beach?? The resort we stayed at did. It did not share a beach with any other hotel. There were actually 3 beaches at the resort that were private that you could go to. THe main beach which was in a cove, the nude beach which became a non-nude beach at 5PM everyday and then a tiny little beach next to some cliffs where the water was really warm and shallow.

@UpstateCait: Yeah unfortunately I think you would have to rent a private island (like Bakerella) or spend way more money than even Sandals probably! I think a private pool would be more affordable than a small private beach.
