They better not be tacky b/c I love them.  I am planning a carnation/rose bouquet.  The two flowers together have an amazing smell.  I can’t wait to bury my face in bouquets like these:

Carnations are a happy, sturdy, proud member of the flower family 🙂

I love carnations!  They have a wonderful scent in addition to being a very pretty flower!

A photo of my bouquet of carnations, roses, and hydrangea.  I wanted the pink to be more of a blush, but it turned out fine.  My bridesmaids had pink carnations/baby’s breath bouquets.

I don’t think they’re tacky at all. I am using them in by bouquet and I love them!

I don’t think they’re tacky at all! In fact, when we met for the first time (we met through a dating site) DH brought me a stem of pink carnations, and so they have special meaning for me 🙂

Our flower girl carried carnations:

@keevolpi:  Ty, don’t mind at all. I paid $35.00 each for the small ones. And I also had 2 large ones which I paid $85 for.  🙂
