Wow, did not know that!!! How do we know if the store is lying or not when we ask them??? Is there something we, as customers, can look for on our own dress that indicates there is already a bustle?
I have never seen a Casablanca gown with a built in bustle. The only designer I know that has anything like that is Paloma Blanca but still a seamstress needs to usually adjust it based on the Brides height etc.. You can check your gown underneath the train to see if there is a button and loop or a hook and eye.
She said it should already be on there. She looked on the gown that I had tried on (2012), and she said it was removed because it had been a sample, or it could be one of the few that doesn't. She said one of the cool things about Casablanca they are on of the few companies that actually do thiis. So I guess the only way to find out would be to say you know that Casablanca does this and ask them to show it to you?
The website does say they are built in!
Go to this website: http://www.casablancabridal.com/pages/timing
Then scroll down. It's the last bullet under the section that says "4-5 weeks before your wedding"

Just wanted to share this important info with you Casablanca Brides:
Ask if your dress has a built in bussel! Most Casablanca dresses already have a bussel on it, so if your bridal store tries to charge you (which the consultant I was with today says most stores will try to do) just ask, because most of the dresses should already have it. So just wanted to save some of you ladies a couple bucks!
