How much do Casablanca dresses cost? Any ladies out there have one and can tell me the general price? I am in love with a dress but I'm afraid to even dream! lol

I'm in love with one too!  (1828).  I haven't tried dresses on yet (trying to lose some weight first, sigh), but I did call a bridal salon here in town that carries them and the one I like is about $700.  I'm not sure how many alterations would be needed and what that pricing would be, but at least I have an idea of the base price.  Good luck!

Casablanca bride here!  I actually got one used off of bravobride.com but I was quoted $675 including alterations for 1831.  I think they're usually a bit more than that, but not too much.

I love 1831! It was my number 2! My number 1 is style 1798. I love everything about it! My number 3 is 1908. I really love most of them though lol

    I'm so excited because I budgeted 1500 for a dress! :)

I bought style 1871 and it retailed at the store for $1100 and I got it online for under $750. So if you really want it do a little research and you can definitely find it for cheaper somewhere!

    caitlanc--You are my dress twin!

Mine is Casablanca 1831, and in taffeta it cost about $600 at the bridal shop, but I had it customized to include no beading and silk taffeta instead, and it came to just over $1000 (but alterations were free at my store!).

I ordered the 1906. It was $998 plus tax. Made to my height for no extra cost.  The factory doesn't charge for custom length, but some salons will try to charge you.  I was stuck on several Casablanca dresses. I hope I picked the right one.

I am a 1909 dress and it was $904.  The place I bought the dress in MN does alterations for free and they order it in my length at no additional cost.  And since it is MN where it is tax free for clothes, the dress was tax free! :-)  I think adding the buslte is $25-40...so total, I would say $944.

I'm a 1887.  I ordered mine from a shop in Florida (I live in Vermont) that has an online store.  www.jaysbridal.net  They matched a deal House of Brides was running so my Casablanca was $737 total.  That included shipping, my shoes, and veil.

All you Casablance brides out there, how long before your wedding before you started looking? I am in love with a dress (in picture anyways) from the Fall 2005 collection. When should I go into a store and request it?

Oh and the #s are not in order so just type your style number in the search box... I think its a great site source of prices... for at least an idea of what it would cost...

Caitlanc c and Miss run.... dress TRIPLETS! I love 1831!!!!

I ended up finding mine at a Brides Against Breast Cancer Sale-- but my local bridal store it was going to be 750ish I think. I think the dress prices for casablanca are really reasonable!

My dress was a little under $1000, but it was also custom made because of my petite size.  It was also a bit more expensive than others since it came from their newest Spring Collection (Style 1948).  Good luck.  It's a great dresses for shorter, more petite brides.  I probably tried on over fifty dresses (or so it seems) before I decided to purchase a Casablanca dress.

My Casablanca 1831 was $985 - However Im planning a wedding in 3months and Casablanca charges a $160 rush job and I upgrade to the B Style which is the V-neck in the back instead of the spaghetti straps for an additional $90.

Most of the bridal shops were quoting me between $860-$980 - I went with the one who gave me the best experience and customer servics.

I was able to get Casablanca 1831 online for as little as $399 however unable to get v-neck back and that was a must for me.

My Casablanca 1858 was $820.  I found it cheaper online, but I knew I'd need alterations and was more comfortable ordering from a store.  Personally, I think Casablanca has great quality and designs for their price point.

@mrscringle2be: I shopped for dresses the summer before my wedding.  I was told that I would need 4-6 months from the time I ordered for the dress to come in. I ordered at the end of September and my dress came in February, plenty of time before my May wedding.

My Casablanca looked amazing at the wedding.  I got many compliments on it.  It was the Casablanca 1948.

I am getting 1909, I love it! I have not ordered it yet as I have time but was quoted $1300 which includes: tax, cups in the dress, custom measurements and some changes I decided ot make also included ading a pinch or a 1" dip to the front neckline, a 2" "V" dip on the backline, added 3" to the train overlay to show the edging detail as well as bringing the buttons to the top so they are not hidden once it is bustled.

Not sure ift his is a high price but it was reasonable compared to some other dresses I was looking at from other designers which did not let you make any changes. I think the dress without alterations and changes we made was about $875 before tax. I think I will go to a few other shops who carry this designer and check them out

Mine is style 1872. I got it for half off during a store liquidation and It was right at $500. The cheapest I found it online was around $875. Casablanca's prices are really good for the quality of the fabric, the beadwork and the bustle.
