Casablanca Brides –
How did you find your veil? I am only going to wear my veil for the ceremony (not in a church) and I don’t want to spend $200! Any ideas on something that will work? I have the Casablanca 1995 dress. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks! I looked at those threads, but there weren’t any brands/labels except for one. Any other suggestions would be helpful!!

I just went fairly simple with a single layer, raw edge, knee-length veil. My dress had a lot of beading and lace going on, and I didn’t want to overcomplicate the whole look. And that style veil can be found almost anywhere.
If you’re set on lace or other matching details, you could ask your tailor to save alterations scraps and see if you can find someone on Etsy who will make you a veil and add the scraps as embellishment.

@kimbasky: Hello fellow Casablanca bride…im 2066!… I am also just wearing a veil for my ceremony. I found my veil at the bridal salon..the main reason I wanted to get it there was so that I could actually try it on with my dress. I think with your dress any style would really work…sorry this probably doesnt help much. Btw I think I spent 200 on my veil.
