Yes. My theory is she drugged her so she could go out and party, left her alone, came home and found that she had died, panicked, began the process of trying to cover it up. This is not a person who will ever admit she killed her daughter. She’s too far gone in her own lies.

I think she’s guilty… and wasn’t there evidence that the child was drugged? (residue in the car I think?)

I agree with KatyElle, she’s starting to believe her own lies.

Everything I’ve seen seems to indicate that she is indeed guilty and I think she probably will end up getting the death penalty.  I can’t imagine being a juror in that case.  It would be very, very difficult to remain objective and open to all the evidence before making a decision.  I read somewhere that they had to go 100 miles away from the hometown to select jurors because there was too much publicity and they needed more objective jurors.

@KatyElle: That’s a good theory. My bet would be if it WERE accidental that there was some sort of neglect/abuse involved, otherwise wouldn’t she have just freaked out and called 911?

I have been watching this all happen since the baby went missing 3 years ago. It’s seriously sickening, and I absolutly think she is guilty. The lies are so crazy and I cant wait until she is rotting in a jail cell or sentenced to death.

I totally believe she did it, and I think its really sad that she could do that to her daughter. Her parents would have taken in the granddaughter, she had no reason to drug her and act that way, and then act like its not her fault. People like that make me sick

@ohheavenlyday: Oh, I believe she is guilty. A normal mother who cared for her child would be frantic, she’d be calling the cops and everyone she knew to see if anyone had any information as to where her child was. She would seek comfort from loved ones right away.

One that is guilty and not right in the head would keep on living an everyday life and not tell a soul until it came to the point where she had no choice but to say, “Oh yeah, she’s missing.”

Oh don’t get me started on that trial. It just kills me. It’s gotten to the point where I’m not allowed to read the news anymore (and definitely not allowed to watch Nancy Grace) because I get so worked up and almost obsessive over these cases. FI jokes that I’m not allowed but I’ve really had to limit myself. It’s like here in NC there was the Zahra Baker case. Her dad met some crazy NC woman over the internet, moved this poor little girl from Australia. She battled cancer, lost her hearing because of the treatments and had clearly already been through so much just to be killed and dismembered by her stepmom who was still married to 2 other men at the time that she married the girl’s father. I’m assuming her father took part in it because he didn’t report her missing but he was never charged. It wasn’t until at least 2 weeks later that anyone knew she was gone. The poor thing. The same issue with Caylee Anthony, it’s the worst when the people you should be able to trust most in the world do that. I cannot imagine being that young, and having no one to fight for you. Casey Anthony will never admit it but I am sure she is guilty. If she didn’t do it personally, she knows who did and she was a witness to it.

She’s guilty. Innocent people don’t hide bodies. I’m sorry, but they just don’t.

@MrsSl82be: Exactly!  That’s why it upsets me to see all these “Teen Mom” type shows being glorified.  You have to be READY to be a mother and put behind all the “partying whenever you want” and foolishness.  I agree with @KatyElle.  I think Casey gave the baby some “night-night juice” so that she wouldn’t have to get a babysitter when she went out to party that evening.

It’s total BS that they are throwing her father and brother under the bus saying they both molested her starting at age 8!! And that they did a paternaty test to determine whether or not Caylee was Casey’s brothers child, SICK!! Even if this is the truth, it doesn’t give you the right to take your childs life.
