Hi! I just did a google search and found "Rent-A-Casino" out of Newton, MA. http://www.rent-a-casino.net/?gclid=CKbr86bvrJUCFQxzHgodcWHqlQ It seems like they offer everything, including dealers for the games. HTH!
I did a casino wedding. My advise is that you should definitely go check out their equipment in person. Some of these companies have pretty cheap looking equipment. Most of them doesn't have a showroom, so you have to make an appointment a few days in advance so they can arrange to have their tables brought to their home to show you.
I ended up renting from a company that is also a dealer school. I was very happy with their equipment and service.
