I would say something like Please join us for cocktails, dinner and dancing at a casual reception following the ceremony...
put all that other info on your Web site!

I have been fighting with myself all week on the wording on my reception card enclosure. How about some comments from the hive?
As a little background, I am getting married on Friday evenig, August 14th in Southeastern Pa where the average temperatures in the summer are 87 degrees.
Reception
To share in our happiness please join us for cocktails, dinner and dancing immediately following the ceremony
Dinner shall be served Buffet style. No meal selection is necessary prior to the wedding. If you need a vegetarian entrée, please indicate that you need a vegetarian meal on your reply postcard.
Suit coats, jackets and ties are not necessary for our wedding. Please feel free to wear dressy casual attire. Khakis are appropriate for men (but no jeans, shorts or sneakers). Sun dresses are also appropriate for women.
