We've had plenty of talk about dogs on the boards, but I'm also a cat lover! I have two wonderful kitties that are sisters -- Smokey the cat and Sparky the cat!
Here is a pic when they were cute kitties! They're 8 years old now.

ME!!!!! My cat Izzy is always around when I am doing wedding things and she is fluffy, so we have dubbed her the Fluff of Honor!

I'm grateful you started this thread since I'm a cat lover, too! I have two: Stella and Milla. Both are roughly 10 years of age and have traveled with me from NYC to DC then to CA. Here are photos (sorry they're kinda huge).

Ohh, I have four!
Shanti-adopted her from my adopted brother, lord, sweet as well. Just don't make her mad. Bad things will happen to you if you do.
Ka'ah'li- adopted as a feral kitten (devil cat that one, bit blood on my brother (blood brother's) finger when she was a couple months old. next to smallest one. EVERYBODY is afraid of her. ( I secretly think she knows....and likes it....)
Buddy-he adopted my fiance, big boldering boy-sweetest angel. Got sat on by Shanti because he got into her food bowl. Limped for a while. Yes, he is bigger than her.
Abu-adopted my fiance and then me (he is an old fart, with a missing canine tooth) Might be grandpa, but he is as fast as lighting. Can put the beat down on just about everyone. Except Ka'ah'li. She's just nuts. I love my babies!

Meee! I have two kitties :) Meet Koofee (age 7) and Orenji (almost 6).
They always want my attention, especially after I spend hours in front of the PC.
PS 1: Smokey and Sparky are soooo cute!!! How big are they now?

Oddibe is the boy (the big white one) and Crookshanks is the girl.
Oh, I love kitties so much I started a cat-sitting business on the side. I love seeing all the cute kitties and getting paid to play and love them is great!

I have one kitten, Lily, although she's not a kitten anymore! She is almost 5 and is a pretty tolerant cat, as you can tell from the picture...we took a family christmas picture and dressed the dog and cat up! What can i say! Love my animals!

I am totally jealous of all these beautiful calicos! We have two kitties that live with us and our doggie.
Mollywobbles is a very soft, petite grey kitty that we are unfortunately going to be sending to Boy's family farm because she does not get along with the dog. But she was our first pet, and despite her asthma and a small attitude problem, we love her dearly. We are certain she will be happier when she is able to be outside again!
Our other kitty is Neville. He is almost two years old, and was rescued from the side of the road when he was a kitten. He was a very sick little guy, but now that he's all healed up, he is very affectionate!

Yay for kitties! Here are Kairi & Vash! Kairi is our little tabby princess. (FI's mom couldn't remember how to spell her name so her Christmas gift was to "the Princess"). Vash is our basement cat (LOLCat reference! HAHA) incarnate but he's got a lot of ceiling cat in him too! (I jokingly say that he's more devil than angel based on the black to white ratio!)
They're our babies and are treated and spoiled like KIDS! haha
Don't know where the kitties went but lets try this again! :)

AHH I'm obsessed with cats! Too bad I left mine at home with my sister because I moved. :( But here is my beloved Slater (his brother was Zack) I love him even though he's the hairiest mofo on the planet. Even the hubs, who hates cats, likes Slater! he's very special!!

Everyones' cats are too cute! I absolutely love kitties, but I can’t have one until we get a house. The Mr. is allergic to them and until we have a bigger space, he won’t be able to live comfortably. Now that’s true love ;)

I love cats and have always lived with cats around the house, but my FI is extremely allergic to cats... so no kitties for us :( We have the next best thing though...dogs.

@e.louise - I'm DEATHLY allergic to cats! I get really asthmatic and sneezy & everything, but I force myself to get used to it and my body gets used to it in due time. There's hope! =) (this only works if it's a 100% indoor cat and I would get used to ONLY that one cat)

I have always been a cat lover. I picked out my first kitty when I was 4 and have had at least 1 cat ever since. At one time we had 4 cats. Now I have 2. One is mine, Zoey. My fiances cat is Buddy, or Mr. Buddy as we like to call him. Zoey (L) Buddy (R)

Can I please just say that I LOVE this post? So great! Everyone's kitties are so cute!
My kitty is also a rescue. Her name is Cosmo, and she was found by our area animal control and was picked up as a stray. They didn't know how old she was, but they guessed that she was about 4. I've had her for 4 years and I love her to death.
Now that I've moved in with FI, she has some company, as FI has a miniature schnauzer. They get along pretty well, and even sit next to each other on the couch!

I'm so glad I opened this post! (For some reason I thought it was about candy, like bunny peeps for easter only as cats, duh lol) Anyway, we have two kitties, Ruby and Pearl We got them both from the cat shelter FIs grandpa volunteers for. Pearl is the cutest, best cat ever and thinks she's a dog and Ruby is a spoiled brat, (but I love her anyway) I swear, we need a cat whisperer for her because she cries every morning at around 6 am but doesn't want to be pet, doesn't need food or water or anything...it is driving FI insane! Help! Ruby is the Calico and Pearl is the gray one.

OMG! I never considered myself a "cat person" even though I had a few growing up. Not until I met my husband and his cat loving family did I find myself swooning too over the little buggers. I just melted looking at everyone's cute kitties! Matt and I have a cat (2 yrs now) buddy- he was an easter present. We got him from Siamese Rescue Center. He's a lilac and ?? and is a little cross eyed but, tell people its "just a little lazy" because I dont like people making fun of my perfect little guy. He is wild and crazy, talks alllll the time and is running around the house in circles as we speak (or type). Here is a pic, hope you think he's as cute as I do- Im in love!!
@vegasbaby: meatloaf (as seem above) does that every morning too. She always wakes me up. I think she just wants attention and to be reassured that we're around.
@MissStellar: I'm glad to know Ruby isn't that strange! She probably does want attention; we don't allow them in our bedroom when we sleep anymore because she would knock everything off my bedside table every chance she got. I don't even keep stuff up there anymore because of this. Has she moved or knocked anything off FI's bedside table?? Nope! lol. once I'm up she follows me around and stays quiet...
@vegas- our cat buddy does it every morning too. He's just letting us know that its time to get up! He does it the same time every morning about a half hour before the alarm is supposed to go off. Apparently he doesnt think we should sleep in on the weekends 
@vegas & @camera: Oh, Meaty does that to me too! We don't have to be up until 5 am, and she come in at 4:30, walks on my face, starts whining, and will play with the lamp on my bedside table.
She leaves FI alone though. She knows he'd just shut the door in her face. But I have to see what she needs!
