Look into your favorite restaurant and ask if they cater. Most places will and are cheaper than regular wedding caterers, plus you already know what the food is like.
My friend used Country Garden Caterers and they were really good and inexpensive. They cater to all locations but her wedding was in Pomona & Alta Loma so I know they go far out from where they are based. http://www.countrygardencaterers.com

I am looking for a caterer in the Inland Empire (Riverside Area). Does anyone know of any good ones that are affordable?
