(Closed) Caterer not communicating

@huckleberry783: i really have no advice… but i feel your pain. we are paying good money for a very popular and well known caterer and he cant even return an email or phone call… absolutely ridiculous.

Ours is the same way, I find it really hard to get a hold of him through email. Have you tried calling? I almost always have to call if I want to get in touch with our caterer, he rarely responds to my emails.

I wouldn’t worry too much yet, but try your best to get in touch with him however you can. You’re paying him, so you don’t have to worry about being pushy or too involved…you’re the customer!

@huckleberry783: yes it is… also if they are a vendor for your venue (like mine is- we had to use them) let the venue know… i sure did and they said they would contact him and tell him he needs to communicate better with the brides…

i mean these venues think they have the best caterers… and they dont. so i think they should know.

and dont worry about being pushy…. seriously… i have gone so far as to just show up at the place where is office is since he couldnt return my calls… (ok so a little bridezilla… but i have no choice with 3 weeks till the wedding! lol)
