I wish I could help-I'm from Salem but I live in Yakima now-my mom got married in Salem a few years ago but she only looked at catering from Roth's and BBQ from the place on Commercial. She ended up doing BBQ and it was good, but I'd suggest putting something under the gigs section of craigslist or checking craigslist under "event services." I saw a few places in Yakima that way. Good luck!

I am in need of a caterer on a small budget, and I wanted to know your reviews for caterers in the Salem, OR area.
I would love for the food to be served not buffet style.
Also, what did you oregon brides pay per head? I'd like to know a ball park of what's the average around here.
