Try Chef's Expressions - I've been to their wine dinners at Grammercy Mansion and the food is excellent. I didn't use them for my wedding since they weren't on the preferred caterer list, but if your focus is great food you should check them out.
I know the Whitehouse Caterers at The Overhills Mansion (Catonsville, MD right off 295) will let you bring your own liquor. They also recommend a liquor store that allows you to bring back unopened containers of things. I'm pretty sure they allow you to do stations as well...

Hello Ladies!
I am looking or a Caterer in the MD, DC area for a wedding in Silver Spring, MD. I want to do stations and bring my own liquor.. Food is very important as I do not want the basic dry chicken wedding menu!!
Thanks! Good Luck Planning!
