My friend used Hunt Valley Catering, and said that their rates were really reasonable compared to other quotes she'd gotten. But I don't know anything about what type of menus they offer, so maybe just check them out to see if they have anything of interest? Good luck!
Where are you getting married? I got a quote from Putting on the Ritz and it is about 60/person.
I am using Atlantic Catering and they should be in your price range. They have a general proposal that can be tweeked to fit your taste. Their package also includes a Wedding cake from Sugarbakers and other things that help cut wedding costs.

I am trying to find a caterer in Baltimore for my reception - my budget is $60 per guest. So far, no luck!! Is it possible? Also I'm hoping to serve soul food at the wedding. So far the rates I've been quoted are nearly double that amount! Help!!
