(Closed) catering issues

It depends on where you’re located for starters.  Any other hors d’oeurves?  What about beverages?  Is there an additional service charge at all?  Does it include any other items like tables/chairs/linens/glassware?

Here in colorado, for a 2 entree buffet style dinner, including 3 sides, 2 veg, a veg display, fruit display, and cheese display, non alcoholic beverages, and all service and staff charges came to about $4000.00 (for 100 people).
