Hi all,
I'm feeling a little confused/upset about my whole catering thing. I'm really happy with the menu and the things that were planned out but every time I speak to my caterer to change something small--say from salmon rolls to spicy tuna rolls--the price seems to go up a couple of hundred dollars.
Also, my caterer charges for "planning" time which means the first few hours are free but now, every time I talk to him/her (email, phone, in person), the price is $120 per hour. I haven't been a bridezilla at all and I'm surprised at this--is this normal? What if I have to call the week before the wedding and confirm stuff? Will I get charged a couple of hundred dollars?
Please advise!
xo,
