Alright, let's see if I can get any other Albany brides to offer up suggestions...

Looking for a caterer who can do a tented reception with no kitchen facilities available...I've talked to Classe Catering but find their menu so blah and boring...

Any other suggestions???

Try Glen Sanders...I've been to a few weddings that they have catered, and they've been awesome! I think you'll find though that most caterers will customize the menu to what you what. I know when I met with Brian at Classe, he said they could pretty much do anything.
