I don’t know how unusual you’re looking for, but our priest gave us a helpful little book, Together for Life, compiled by Joseph Champlin. It has 28 options of readings as well as other options for other parts of the Mass/ceremomy. It looks like it’s available on Amazon as well (~$4.00).

Our priest gave us a book too that allowed us to pick for each sections.  We just circled what we wanted.  I would contact your church about it and go from there.
