I would talk to the church organist to get some suggestions.  He/she has likely played dozens if not hundreds of weddings and can tell you what would work well in the church and for their particular instrument.  There is so much more in the repertoire than Canon in D.

Seating of the Mothers: Canon in D – Pachelbel
Bridesmaids Processional: Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring – Bach
Bride Processional: Trumpet Voluntary – Jeremiah Clarke
