There are a lot of program templates on DIY bride. Have you tried that?

I had a full Catholic mass and made a program to include parts of mass as well as some of the music, so that non-Catholics could participate if they wanted. Let me know if you'd like a copy 
You might let non-Catholics know what they should do during communion. Some churches will allow people to come up to receive a blessing, so if this is an option, you could say so in the program (or ask the priest to say so).
