The unity candle is lit after the vows/exchange of rings.
I'm doing the Blessed Mother Dedication after Communion - the choir is singing Ave Maria.
I've been to many Catholic weddings and this is what I've seen.
Rite of Marriage
Declaration of Vows
Blessing & Exchanging of Rings
Lighting of the Unity Candle
Then the gifts, communion, etc.
After this:
Blessed Mother Devotion
Nuptial Blessing
I now pronounce you...
If you are both Catholic then your priest may suggest you skip the unity candle. Otherwise, Alaud41's mass outline is spot on. Take care!

I do not know where in the ceremony the lighting of the unity candle or the dedication to the blessed mother should go. I am having a full mass ceremony. Please HELP!
