So, we are thinking about doing CDs as favors and I'm looking for Kraft paper-like CD cases. These are the best price I've seen so far...anyone know of something better?

I love the cardboard look, so anything along these lines will do. This price is good, but I'd love to go a little cheaper! Let me know if you know something!!
Also--how would you suggest printing on these? Stamps? I don't think they'd go through the printer...would they?! I am pretty handy with photoshop, but I doubt I could put these in the printer!!
