I don’t have any, but have lots of friends that do, and I’ve heard cycling (or spin classes) work wonders on cellulite. Same with roller bladding. ??

I don’t really have any. I think mostly excercise makes a difference biking, running hiking, squats etc. From what I understand it’s essentially hard little fat lumps so the more you move around the more it sort of “disintegrates”, if that makes sense.

@TheFutureMrsLamkin: oh… don’t be jealous, I have other things that are equally as bad as cellulite!

I’ve considered spin classes too, they seem like a good work out! I think anything that is dedicated to workout your thigh area is good for cellulite!

and I am soooo not a gym girl either! LOL. I hate it.

@TheFutureMrsLamkin: I guess in addition to the physical stuff, you could also get one of those creams? They lessen the appearance of cellulite. between the cream and the exercise, you’ll be cellulite free in no time!

I have some around my upper thighs and it makes my feel more insecure, but I’ve been walking a lot which I think helps some. There are several creams in the drug stores that I’ve seen. I haven’t tried them yet, but I’m definitely thinking about it. I read online that altering your diet (such as cutting down on foods with artificial preservatives) helps a lot.

@TheFutureMrsLamkin: I do notice that once you get a tan, it almost dissapears. Hoping this summer, I can lay out a bit before October and it wont be as noticeable when im on the honeymoon! yuck!

I only have a tiny, tiny bit at the very tops of the backs of my thighs–I guess it comes with being bottom-heavy and having an apple bottom. I’m not really concerned about it; I stay pretty active and try to eat well. I think there are more important things to worry about than a few dimples. 😉

You can be stick thin and have cellulite… it never really goes away, either.  Mischa Barton is a good example of a thin girl with cellulite.  It’s really just genetics and how your body stores fat.

@Ahone: Oh lord, that poor girl. It looks like she’s not letting it rule her life, though, which is great.
