The venue we have booked is in a hotel from the 1930's. It can sseat approx 140 guests, so about 17 tables.

My color scheme is black & white with damask..but I cannot decide on an accent color.

I am trying to decide whether to just go with hot pink, just sage green, or both?

Here are some centerpiece ideas that I have found that I really love. Do you think the tall ones will be too tall in the room for only 140 guests? What would you do? Use some tall, and some shorter ones in the same kind of idea?

Which do you prefer and why? What would you do in this situation?

    Thanks so much!!

How big is the place? is it spacious? I think #2 is so nice! get maybe shorter vases for all tables or a mix of short and tall like you said. Maybe the vases in this color?....http://www.comparestoreprices.co.uk/images/te/tesco-glass-cylinder-vase-35cm-grey.jpg

    with the hot pink flowers.

What if you alternated btw big centerpieces and small centpieces? I saw that a wedding my parents went to recently, and it really gave alot of variety to the room!

I love the pink and green together. Maybe do half of the 4th pic and half of 6th (maybe with some variation, like similar fruit slices).  I wouldn't worry ab the centerpieces being too tall for the room.  I have never thought that about tall centerpieces that I've seen.  Guests will appreciate being able to see each other!

I say go bold: I like EITHER the hot pink OR the lime green with the black and white damask.  I've seen some weddings like this and thought they were to die for...definitely an impact statement!

I like the 1st & 3rd, it will totally be cute to alternate between two that are similar to those :)
