So my wedding is 10-4-14 and we are getting married ina fairly modern venue with lots of glass. We both love the fall and are doing a typical “fall” wedding. Our colors are burgundy/wine, copper, burnt orange, and champagne.
We are getting burgundy pintuck tablecloths. They are a more red burgundy like a wine color than the more purpleish burgundy that is out there. I have glittered votives with copper glitter and will put about five around. Chairs are a natural padded folding chair. Chargers are a brown color with orange rhinestones on them. There will be small orange and brown rhinestones scattered around.
I want to do high manzanita trees on some of the tables and then something else on the other half of the tables. I need help figuring out two centerpieces that work well together. Any thoughts/ideas on my current centerpieces is welcome. The trees will actually be taller than the one I currently have. This one is 24″-30″. I’m going to go up to 36″. I originally was going to have my florist do these but I had to supply the trees and then it was $75 per tree on top of that. That was a bit out of my budget.
Thanks so much ladies!
Our venue set up for some event
I’m happy with the trees so far.
I can’t seem to get the pictures to turn?? So sorry.
Here are my two thoughts right now for other centerpieces.
I’m so sorry for the sideways pictures. I’m kind of new to posting on here. Not sure how to fix them.

How about the bottum two centre pieces with a clear shorter vase like the middle one. I think the bottum one balances the top one out, but gets a bit lost in the table cloth.

Ktalkin: I like the first two centerpieces the last one I feel like it will get lost with the table cover

Thank you ladies for your thoughts. I keep wondering if everything might be a bit too dark. I believe we will have ivory napkins and the menu cards are on a metallic ivory paper. Oh.. the place cards will be mini pumpkins. (not sure if I will do orange and white or not)
He really wants me to do a centerpiece with pumpkins soo I’m trying to figure something out. I like the grapevine because it ties with the natural tree. Sigh!! I think this is now becoming harder than finding my dress.
Making84- I will try to elevate the ball and see how things look.
I don’t have a round table here at home so it’s just hard to visualize everything

Ktalkin: If he wants pumpkins, you could use white pumpkins, which are really a creamy color, or spray paint them champagne, and use them for the vase of your centerpiece.
setting a pumpkin painted gold inside a grapevine wreath would link to your natural look of the manzanita

Jules1949- Thank you so much for your ideas. My sister got married last fall and did arrangements in a pumpkin so I don’t really want to do the same thing.
Tonight we actually talked about it and decided that the burgundy looks a little too dark. I pulled out a champagne pintuck and he loved it so I guess champagne is in now. The colors pop so much more with the lighter tablecloth. I’m sure I will keep messing with it for a little while till I really like it.
