We met with the florist yesterday, and got to see a mockup of our centerpieces. Originally, we had decided that we wanted all high centerpieces, but we decided to go with a mixture of high and low centerpieces to save some money.
This is what our high centerpiece will look like:

It's white calla lillies and orchids, with tiger lillies and hydrangeas around the lip of the vase.
Our low centerpieces will look something like this, but with the flowers used above:
