Are you asking if it would be weird to have the same centerpiece on all of your tables? If so, then no, I don’t think so. That’s still very much the norm.

mrsdevries:  Have whatever you like! I think some brides like doing a vaiety so it doesn’t look too uniform but with the centerpieces you’ve decribed I think they are simple enough to look different and creat a nice ambiance.

We’re having mason jars with candles mixed with tin cans (covered in burlap and lace) with different fake flowers in them.  Our theme is rustic so the variety of flowers makes it look more rustic while the jars, burlap and lace keep it tied together.  I really wasn’t sure how it would look and was nervous for a while (I would love real flowers but we’re trying to keep costs down plus my mom is deathly allergic to certain flowers).  But it honestly looks nice.  I don’t have a picture with the mason jars but this is a few of the cans/flowers with lanterns we are using for decor in front of the fireplace at the venue.

mrsdevries:  Thanks.  That picture was actually right at the beginning of creating so earlier this summer.  I have like a gazillion tin cans filled with flowers now lol.  And the cotton is strung on clear thread and will be hanging as a background on the arch.

I love your manzanita branches.  I wanted to do that too but decided against it.  Are your colors purple and orange?  LOVE IT!  You’re reception is going to be gorgeous, you’ll need to post pictures.

mrsdevries:  That will be so pretty.  Our colors are Orange and Gray with mixes of burgundy.  I really wanted all fall colors but it was too overwhelming to have that many colors.  So we narrowed it to one main color and added gray as the accent color and pieced dark reds in there to make the orange pop.  I’m loving how its turning out.  From your pictures the plum and orange are gorgeous.  Although I’m bias and think anything with orange is awesome, its one of my favorite colors.
