So I have been planning my wedding on pinterest for what feels like forever! Now I can finally plan it for real lol 🙂 but all the things I love are SOOO expensive! I recieved a few quotes and everything is above the $300 range. I came across this company on instagram and she has these BEAUTIFUL silk flower arrangments but I am so on the fence, what will the guests think? Only problem is she is out of the country they are real touch flowers and she rents them for $50 a centerpiece which is reasonable considering the arrangment in real would be $400-$500 a piece!
Does anyone know of a place here in NY/NJ. Would you guys rent silk flowers like this? If you were a guest what would you think??

I dont see any issue with going with silks. Especially if they’re going to be higher-up like that. No one will be inspecting them and they probably won’t even notice that they’re not real.

my centerpieces were silk florals in birdcages that my mother arranged. they were gorgeous and saved me a ton of money!!!

email@example.com: i don’t think most people will notice if they are silk or not, but it might be expensive getting them from out of the country and kind of scary because so many things could go wrong with that. where is your wedding?

firstname.lastname@example.org: I love this!! I was also on the fence about whether or not to use silk flowers for my bouquets- but they work out to be so much cheaper, and obviously last longer.
I wish I had the option of renting them for my centerpieces- I definitely would. I say if the shipping costs aren’t ridiculous, go for it!
