I'm absolutely in love with the dress I bought in LA. I live in Santa Maria, so I'm having the store ship it to their sister store in Santa Barbara when it comes. After reading the Yelp/Google reviews on Marilynn's, I'm scared to have my alterations there.

Did anyone have a positive experience there, and I'm just being paranoid?

Or does anyone have a recommendation on who else I could take my dress in for alterations?

I'm from Santa Maria and had a few BM dresses done there. I've also known a few brides and no one had any problems. I live in the Bay Area now but I was thinking about having my last fitting there this summer
