It might be a bit wordy overall, but I think it's cute! The Bookman (I think) font you used is hard to read in a paragraph form, just cause it's in CAPS. Otherwise I like the insert and explanation of the modern reception!
I like it. I think it's a great idea so people aren't surprised and if they think they need a sit down dinner they can stop and eat between the ceremony and reception. The open seating is kind of obvious based on the description and since you will have tables set aside for older guests I think you're good.

Hi everyone! Thanks to all the ladies who helped me with one of my previous "dilemmas", I finally made up my mind on open seating. I'm having a Cocktail Style Reception at a lounge so as they suggested it would be appropriate for this type of event. So I created my first mock up of the Ceremony & Reception Insert for my pocketfold invites, DIY!! I want my guests to know what to expect...and not be surprised by the non traditional setting. Do you think it's too much info? Should I specify "open" seating as well? I just don't want the "elderly" guests to think they won't have a seat. (I'm just reserving a few tables for bridal party, elderly guests etc.)
