- Wedding: February 2019 - Not fully decided
Hello ladies..Im having my wedding May, 13th, 2015 and we’re having the ceremony part at the Fort Macon State Park in NC. It’s outside of the Museum’s fort..a nice sized shelter area with a awesome walk-way overlooking the beach. I don’t want to get another ceremony site because this place is extra special to me and my husband. The issue is that the facility’s office staff says it’s “first come first served”. However, they have a $35 dollar special permit fee for what I don’t know because it doesn’t reserve the area and the staff says that they cannot keep anyone from the area or hold it because its public acess..so my question is, what do I do if someone has the same date for thier wedding and are there the same time Im trying to do mine? Do I go out super early and set it up or what?? Im just worried I’ll go out to do my ceremony and someone will already be out there…please help..
