At my rehearsal dinner, I requested the bagpiper who stopped by our table to play Amazing Grace. Loved it. Ask your musicians for other music standards that may already be in their repertoire, I'm sure they've got lots! It's better to have them play something they already know since your wedding is so soon, and hopefully this will not worry you much longer!
Do your musicians have a list of songs to consider? I am having a string trio and their website has a long list of suggested songs to choose from.
I quickly found this link and it sems they have several music samples to listen to.

I'd suggest just searching for wedding musician websites for samples and lists. If they have a repertoire list and don't have samples, you can often listen to songs on amazon.com.
Good luck! I need to pin down my ceremony music as well and my wedding is the week after yours! : )
I second asking your musicians. We had a classical acoustic guitarist play during our ceremony he had alot of suggestions for us, and one of the songs we picked for him to play he wrote himself which was beautiful.
just a note - amazing grace is actually a song usually sung/played at funerals.
i agree with others that your musicians should already have a good idea so you can try asking them.
Yeah, my fiance is a bagpiper.. and amazing grace is what he always plays at funerals. I asked him what he usually plays at weddings and he says he decides that day, so I don't know if he lies and tells the bride a different song or not. but I think I am going to ask our piper and my pianist I should still ask. I honestly thought this was a detail my FI could handle.. but he's come up with some freakish songs so I took this job away!
Thanks for the advice!!

We really don't have a "song" we don't have any songs that have any special meaning or anything like that. I know I'm walking down the aisle to Cannon in D and the bridal party is walking to Jesu, joy of man's desiring. But we have to have 3 other songs, one for when my grandfather first gives me away, singing our marriage license and then exit. We're having bagpipes and a pianist, no vocalist, I just can't find music I like... oh and my wedding is two and a half weeks away! :|
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
