Really, pick whatever you want. Your friend can always find it voiced in a high voice key, or if he can't you can toss it into finale with photoscore and push a few buttons and transpose the music up for him.
The only problem I could see you running into is gender words, or something that really is built for a low voice role - but most wedding music is pretty neutral. Your friend should also have a stock of songs he already knows, and can probably find one that fits well with your wedding. Less work on his part too!

Hello. I'm trying to come up with a song to be sung at our wedding by my fabulously talented friend B. He's a classically trained tenor, but I'm having trouble finding wedding solos for mens voices. We are open to both religious (christian) or secular music for this, probably leaning toward secular. It could be accompanied by harp, violin or piano or sung a capella. Any suggestions??
