Convention/tradition: In the context of a procession of groomsmen and bridesmaid, who goes first/last? Do the BM and MOH walk down the aisle first or last of each of their kind?

I believe tradition is that the MOH/BM are situated closest to you, and therefore would be the last to walk down the aisle, and the first to follow you out the aisle. Other then that -- it's up to you! A lot of brides prefer to have their bridal party in height order -- tallest on the outside (or first to process down the aisle) ... but that might also not work if say your MOH is the tallest, or perhaps you as the bride are very tall and don't want to be next to your 4'11'' bridesmaid :) ... For the most part it is up to you, but your MOH / BM should be next to you and your groom. (This is especially pertinent if you are havin ga Catholic ceremony as they are typically the only ones who stand with you while the other attendants are in the first row.)
