I'm trying to figure out how much cardstock to order for my ceremony program covers...

Should I make enough for each person, or should I just make enough for each couple with maybe like 10 or 15 extra?

What are you going to do?

Some people suggest that you make enough for 2/3 of your guests or some people even go as low as 50% of the guests. Because a lot of people do not pick up programs (unless ur program is a fan and your ceremony venue is hot) or simply share them. I made about 2/3 and there were still plenty left.

ok, that makes me feel better! doing one for each person would be a whooooooole lot of work, but i think i'll go 2/3 and still save myself a bit of money. thanks for the suggestion!

If there will be kids at the ceremony take them out of your count, then make 2/3 of your count. I had 95 people (including kids) at my wedding and made 75 programs...I had tons left! (mine were 2 pages and hand tied with ribbon...save yourself time and $$) ;)
