I am stuck on aisle decorations.  I found a cute way to maybe decorate the aisle on martha stewart (http://www.marthastewartweddings.com/good-things/pews-in-bloom?rsc=taxonomylist-a_flowers_ceremony-arragement&lnc=05fc77c119b1d110VgnVCM1000003d370a0aRCRD).  The cost of buying hydrangeas is a little more than I'd like to spend.  I was thinking about buying the galvanized buckets and putting potted plants in them. That way, people could take them home and plant them which would be better than wasting more flowers.  We don't have tons of our budget set aside for this.  Has anyone done the galvanized buckets indoors or what other ways have you decorated a church for your wedding?  If you have any other ideas for the front as well, I'd be very grateful.

I've attached a picture of the church so you can see it!

    Thanks!

I like the martha stewart idea you found!

Galvanized buckets are super cute, and I also am familiar with the hydrangea cos :*( t...had to do half the amount of them that I wanted on my reception centerpieces.

I love the idea of potted plants! If mine was not destination for 90% of guests I would have done that and sent them home with people. I like the simple ribbon that MS used on that link as far as decorating them.

    Good luck!

The potted plants would be a great idea, but make sure you double check with the church that you can bring them in.

Very pretty!!! I love the Martha Stewart's and it would be easy to do. Also another idea would be to do the cone flowers. I found a great tut on saveoncrafts.com on how to make them using the floral cones and ribbon.

Here is the link Pews http://www.save-on-crafts.com/pewmarkers.html
