Do you have to do a set-up/break down? What if it rains and you just have guests sit at the reception tables?
I thought of that, and I'd use it as a last resort, but I'm trying to come up with something else so that we can still keep the closeness and formality of the ceremony and so we can still have an aisle without having guests spread all over.
But yeah, if I can't come up with something else, I won't have much of a choice, haha.

We're getting married at my family's summer cottage and we're planning to have the ceremony outside and the reception under tents which will be set up on another part of the lawn on our property.
Although we'll be fine if the weather is great because we'll get married outside, go off to get photos done and meanwhile our guests can either hang out outside or head up to the tents where the reception is... I have a problem if it rains. Since we will need the tents for our ceremony location if it rains, we'll need time to turn around the tent space for the reception which I'm guessing will take about 30 minutes.
It doesn't make sense for the guests to be standing around under the tents while my helpers are setting up, but if it's raining, they also can't be outside. Plus, the cottage is too small to hold 80+ people and since we're about 40 minutes out of town, there's no point in people going and coming back.
So, basically, what I'm saying is: HELP!
