Janelle123:  Honestly, I like the first picture better– I feel the second chair belongs at jazzercise (and this is coming from someone who loves her yoga pants)

Janelle123:  Are the chairs really that bad that you are choosing to end up with a sea of white as the focal point ofyour decor?

I voted #2 but looking more I’d prefer #1 but without the bows. The bows look too dated to me like they belong in the 90’s.

Janelle123:  I would use them as is. Do you know that the only time chair covers are used is for weddings? Venues use the same chairs uncovered for banquets all the time and nobody comments on the chairs.

The minute your guests sit down the chairs are covered by bodies, jackets, coats sweaters etc.

I would just use the plain chairs, definitely!

If I had to choose a cover, I’d pick #1, without the bow.  #2 looks like someone is trying to fit into a too-small dress.

Janelle123:  I definitely know where you’re coming from. My venue had the most hideous chairs and not all of them matched. Thankfully when we went to do our menu’s they informed us they had gotten new ones.

I don’t think the black chairs are unsightly but if you’re unhappy with the appearance of them, cover them up! I prefer the first chair covers.

I’m going to agree with many of the bees above – the plain chairs are fine. I think chair covers are a bit dated and you only notice them the first second you walk in the room while it’s empty. Your wedding photos will be full of smiling, happy people and you won’t even notice the chairs.

    #1 minus the bow.
